Kionglee (Lee) Jung is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Family Practice from Arizona State University in 2014 and completed her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certificate. Her passion strongly lies in building strong patient-provider relationships while providing professional and empathetic care to patients and their families.

Through the years, she has gained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst and a diploma in Clinical Research from Toronto, Canada. Most of her nursing career of more than 10 years were in hospitals and clinical research trials located in Massachusetts and Toronto. She has settled down with her family in beautiful Arizona over 10 years ago.

Her focus is on treating a variety of psychiatric disorders that range in severity, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, bipolar, and psychosis. Her many years of training, education, and experience allow her to effectively evaluate, diagnosis and treat her patients. She utilizes a combination of supportive therapy and medication management to achieve mental health stability and wellness in her patients. She creates a nonjudgmental environment and takes time with everyone to ensure there is a strong trust and connection.

Jill Abernathy

Jill Abernathy is a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Walden University with her Masters of Advance Nursing Practice and is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Jill works with patients across the lifespan and has extensive experience working with children and adolescents in the mental health field. While Jill's mental health expertise allows her to treat symptoms during visits, her true passion lies in uncovering root issues. By addressing deeper causes of mental health issues, clients can more fully embrace their authentic selves.

Over the years, Jill has gained experience working in diverse settings, including: inpatient psychiatric hospitals, intensive outpatient substance abuse programs, assertive community treatment (ACT), and crisis intervention. Jill has dedicated her career to helping people see their potential by encouraging positive change in her patients. Through therapeutic practice that combines medication management with alternative modalities such as yoga, breath-work, and mindfulness, Jill believes clients have better outcomes. She focuses on treating patients holistically by creating an environment that reduces stigma and allows patients to tailor their goals through individualized treatment plans.

In addition to her professional experience, in her personal life, Jill enjoys learning and utilizing alternative therapies including practicing yoga regularly to stay grounded. She loves adventure travel, scuba diving, being in nature, and spending time with her family. She truly has a passion for helping others to become their best selves.

Mark McCoy

Mark McCoy, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience. Mark completed a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah in 2002 and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2016. After years of work with cardiac and intensive care patients, Mark transitioned to psychiatric nursing. His passion for mental health grew while caring for adolescents and adults struggling with depression, substance abuse, and other challenges.

Mark provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care and medication management for adults (18+) using a patient-centered, non-judgmental approach. He combines pharmacologic expertise with brief psychotherapy (including CBT, family systems therapy, and more) to help patients reach their mental health goals. Mark strives to create a supportive and empathetic environment where patients can heal and grow. He focuses on clear communication, respect, and evidence-based strategies to promote lasting wellness.

Mark has extensive experience treating various mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and PTSD, with a particular expertise in Adult ADHD. He focuses on the unique psychological, social, and cultural factors affecting men, women, and LGBTQ+ individuals from diverse backgrounds, providing care that is inclusive, informed, and personalized. He prioritizes individualized treatment, education, and collaborative decision-making to provide care aligned with each person's concerns. Mark offers telemedicine appointments and is welcoming new patients.

Taralyn Adakai

Taralyn “Tara” Adakai is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults (ages 6 and up). She offers both in-person and telemedicine appointments.

Tara earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University. She brings over 10 years of experience in behavioral health and integrated care. She began her career in healthcare as an EMT and Licensed Practical Nurse, later advancing to a Registered Nurse, where she expanded her experience in behavioral health and patient-centered care while building a strong clinical foundation across diverse settings. Her background includes extensive experience in residential treatment and addiction medicine, including care for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Tara has always been passionate about helping others and promoting mental health and well-being. This passion continued to grow throughout her nursing career and ultimately led her to pursue advanced practice as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

In her outpatient practice, Tara provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and incorporates brief, supportive psychotherapy into visits. She takes a personalized, patient-centered approach, working closely with each individual to develop treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, goals, and life circumstances.

Tara is committed to delivering culturally responsive, trauma-informed care and values building strong therapeutic relationships. She strives to create a supportive, collaborative environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their mental health journey.
