We are a psychiatric outpatient medication management facility located in Chandler, AZ. We treat children, adolescents, and adults. A psychiatric evaluation is done first by diagnostic interview, then regular follow up appointments to ensure the prescribed medications are working effectively. A referral to therapy can be provided if needed. To serve you better, we are now offering Telemedicine Services, and you can see your psychiatrist from the comfort of your own home during these difficult times or at our office. Your mental health is important, and we are here to help you every step of the way.
We diagnose and treat a variety of disorders (age 6 to 64):
Depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders, anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, and PTSD, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder and other disruptive behaviors, autism spectrum and other development disorders
Referral for advanced treatments such as TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) or Ketamine Infusion Therapy
Kionglee (Lee) Jung is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Family Practice from Arizona State University in 2014 and completed her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certificate. Her passion strongly lies in building strong patient-provider relationships while providing professional and empathetic care to patients and their families.
Through the years, she has gained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst and a diploma in Clinical Research from Toronto, Canada. Most of her nursing career of more than 10 years were in hospitals and clinical research trials located in Massachusetts and Toronto. She has settled down with her family in beautiful Arizona over 10 years ago. She speaks English, Korean and Malay.
Her focus is on treating a variety of psychiatric disorders that range in severity, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, bipolar, and psychosis. Her many years of training, education, and experience allow her to effectively evaluate, diagnosis and treat her patients. She utilizes a combination of supportive therapy and medication management to achieve mental health stability and wellness in her patients. Lee creates a nonjudgmental environment and takes time with each individual to ensure there is a strong trust and connection.
Insurances accepted: Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, TriCare, and United HealthCare (Optum)
Self-pay: New patient visit: $250, Follow-up visit: $150
Medical documents/forms (including FMLA, STD) will be considered only for patients established for at least two months. A fee will be applied.
New patients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow enough time for the registration and check in process.

Missed Appointments and late cancellations inconvenience those individuals who need access to medical care in a timely manner. We would like to remind you of our office policy regarding missed appointments. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of medical care.
Cancellation of an appointment: In order to be respectful of the medical needs of other patients, please be courteous and call Paradigm Psychiatry promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in need of treatment. If it is necessary for you to cancel your appointment, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early notification will give another person the possibility to have access to care.
First late cancellation/Missed appointment: Courtesy reschedule
Second late cancellation/Missed appointment: $50.00 fee will be applied to your account
Third late Cancellation/Missed appointment: $50.00 fee will be applied to your account and may result in a discharge from the practice.

Late policy: If you are running late to your appointment, please contact the office by phone to notify us as soon as possible.
